Project-Based Engagement

This model works well when a project's requirements and scope are clearly defined. DCT bears all the risks related to the project delivery. The project can be executed on-site or off-site or combination of both. An example of such engagement would be helping a client upgrade and enhance its trading system to accommodate a new product.


Turnkey Solution

This model refers to complete outsourcing of a solution/project. DCT takes the complete ownership of the project right from ideation through the execution of the project. DCT provides leadership in studying the problem, defining the solution, and executing the project to completion. In this type of engagement, DCT provides the end-to-end solution and bears all the related risks of the project.
